The Sun is commonly read through identity and expression, the Moon through familiar responses and inner rhythms, and the Ascendant through your approach to situations. These are interpretive conventions, not three separate measurements of personality.

The Moon is the closest of the three to a sign boundary here, at 11.0°, so a small error in the recorded time would not change any of the three signs in this chart. It would still move the Ascendant degree and the house cusps, and the Moon, which moves about half a degree an hour, would shift its degree and its orbs. The Sun and Moon are 24.5° apart in this chart, which is no major aspect within the natal orbs.

Start with the positions, then compare how the interpretation connects them. Ask what in the chart supports a sentence instead of combining three generic descriptions.
What the Big Three leave out
Other planets, houses and aspects add context: the Midheaven, at 9°54′ Sagittarius in the demonstration chart, the remaining bodies and the aspects between them. A reading that explains one connection between the factors can be more useful than a longer list of isolated traits.
For example, an aspect between the Sun and Moon is another chart factor to examine. It does not establish what someone’s life must be like. See the planets, the houses and the aspects for what each adds.
Settings behind the result
Positions come from the Swiss Ephemeris in the tropical zodiac, houses are Placidus, and aspects use the natal orbs: conjunction 8°, sextile 6°, square 8°, trine 8°, opposition 8°. There is no house-system or zodiac switch. When another tool disagrees, compare the entered time, the historical timezone offset, the coordinates and the zodiac before interpreting the difference.
If your time is unknown
The Ascendant remains unconfirmed. The Sun and Moon should also be checked for sign changes within the possible interval; do not automatically label both as settled from the date alone. The Sun changes sign on the boundary dates, and the Moon can change sign at any time of day.
If no time is entered, the moment used for the calculation is an assumption, and the Ascendant and houses derived from it are assumptions too.
