The weekly horoscope in NatalChart.AI is not a Sun-sign column. It starts from your calculated chart, samples the sky on each of the seven days, keeps the transit aspects that fall within the stated orbs and turns that list into scores and a short reading. The aspects that drove it stay visible under the text.

What a week contains

  • The period. Monday to Sunday in your local time zone, shown in the card header.
  • A headline archetype. A two-word name for the week and a one-line tagline, generated to summarise the strongest contacts.
  • The reading. A short text that explains the week’s themes and names the days that matter.
  • An intensity score. An overall 0 to 10 figure for how active the week is.
  • Six sphere scores. One 0 to 10 score for each life sphere: Identity, Love, Body, Money, Home, Mind.
  • Astro data. A footer listing the tightest transit aspects of the week, with the day each one peaks and its orb.
  • Sky events. The lunations, eclipses, retrograde windows and season turns that fall inside that week.

How a week is scored

For each of the seven days the positions of the transiting bodies are calculated with Swiss Ephemeris and compared with the natal planets. A contact counts when it is one of the five major aspects (conjunction, sextile, square, trine, opposition) and within the transit orb: 2° when the transiting body is the Sun, Moon, Mercury, Venus, Mars, and 3° for every other transiting body. See how orbs work.

The scores are computed from that list of contacts, not written by the AI: each contact pushes the sphere of the natal planet it touches up or down according to the aspect. The reading is then generated to explain the scores and the listed aspects. The chart is calculated before the AI reading. The AI receives structured chart data and is instructed to explain those factors. AI-generated answers can still contain mistakes; check any cited placement or aspect against the calculated chart.

Which transits would count for the demonstration chart

No weekly horoscope is generated for the demonstration chart on this page; the text below only shows the rule. A transiting body registers when it is within the orb of an exact aspect to one of the natal bodies. These are the demonstration chart’s anchors for the faster planets:

Natal bodyPositionHouse
Sun13°33′ Virgo7
Moon19°01′ Leo7
Mercury25°36′ Leo7
Venus21°54′ Leo7
Mars3°28′ Libra7
Jupiter28°48′ Leo7
Saturn0°51′ Aquarius12

Demonstration birth: 1991-09-06 at 18:30 local time, Kyiv, Ukraine (50.4501° N, 30.5234° E), Europe/Kyiv at UTC+3, so 1991-09-06 15:30 UTC. Tropical zodiac, Placidus houses, Swiss Ephemeris 2.10.03. Full result and settings on How to verify your birth chart.

For example, a transiting Saturn opposing the demonstration Sun would count while Saturn is within 3° of 13°33′ Pisces, and a transiting Mars square the demonstration Moon would count while Mars is within 2° of 19°01′ Scorpio or 19°01′ Taurus. Whether any of that happens in a given week is a question for the calculation, not for this page.

Quiet weeks

Some weeks produce no headline contact within the orbs. The card then says so: the sphere scores sit near the middle and a note explains that the week is quiet because there is little data, not because everything is in balance. Nothing is added to fill the space.

Access and platforms

  • The weekly horoscope is part of the Free plan, which includes 10 requests a week. Generating a fresh week is one request; opening it again during the week is free.
  • It needs a calculated chart and a signed-in account, so that the same week can be stored and reopened.
  • It is available on the web and in the iOS app, with the same content on both.
  • The text is generated in the language and tone set in your account.

An unknown birth time affects the houses the scores rely on. If your time is uncertain, see how to find your birth time before reading the sphere scores as precise.

Questions

Is the weekly horoscope free?

Yes. It is included in the Free plan. Generating a new week counts as one request from the weekly pool; opening a week that has already been generated does not cost anything.

Why do all six scores sit near the middle this week?

Because few or no transit contacts reached the chart within the orbs. The card labels this as a quiet week rather than presenting the neutral scores as a balanced verdict.

Is this the same as a Sun-sign horoscope?

No. A Sun-sign column uses one factor shared by a twelfth of everyone born in a year. The weekly horoscope is computed from the transits to your own calculated chart, so two people with the same Sun sign get different weeks.
