Three ways to do it
- In the app, on iPhone or Android: open the menu, tap the settings icon next to your name, scroll to the end and tap “Delete my account”.
- On the web: sign in at natalchart.ai, open Settings and tap “Delete my account”.
- Without the app: write to us from the email address of the account and ask us to delete it. We confirm by email.

What is removed
Your account, birth data and chart, conversations and readings, saved people and compatibility readings, shared links and your device tokens for notifications. In the app it happens at once; everything is gone from our systems and backups within 30 days.
What we keep
Payment records we are required by law to keep, and statistics that no longer identify you.
Subscriptions
Deleting the account does not cancel a subscription billed by the App Store or Google Play. Cancel it there first: in your Apple account settings, or in Google Play under Subscriptions.
